  5. When you have finished, click Save.
  6. Click Mobile Apps, then click the mobile app for which you want to enable Click & Collect.
  7. Click Edit for the Data Provider.
  8. In the Click & Collect section, click Collection Enabled.
  9. Select either SIP2 or Web Services to specify the means in which Click & Connect communicates with your ILS. The connection fields change according to the selection you made.
  10. Type in the connection and authentication information needed to connect to the selected service. For more information, see Fields: Edit Data Provider.
  11. If you have selected Web Services, you may need to include overrides to bypass some restrictions to allow Click & Collect collect to function smoothly. Type the override codes in the Default Overrides box. For more information, see Override Codes.
  12. In the initial stages of implementing Click & Collect, you may want to limit access to specific users who can test the process. Enter their usernames in the Allowed users box.
  13. When you have finished, click Save.

Note: At this point, Click & Collect is ready for the app to begin making requests. If you want to let patrons make requests through a browser on a computer or mobile device rather than through the app, continue to the next step.

  14. On your library website, add a link to the following address that patrons can click to let initiate the process on their computer:

www.librarycollect.com/globalID where globalID is the ID of the app you want the link to connect to. To locate the global ID, click Mobile Apps > the app you want, then find the Global Location ID field.
